PiiGii Transparent Factory

PiiGii’s personal care factory covers 30,000 square meters. The production area includes six laboratories and six dedicated production workshops, and is equipped with a Class 10,000 cleanroom for strict quality control, serving as an integrated innovation hub for R&D, manufacturing, and testing.

PiiGii’s factory remains focused on sustainable development and actively practices green manufacturing. It strictly controls wastewater and air emissions. Following the national standard “Determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand in Water (Dichromate Method),” total wastewater treated from 2018 to 2024 reached 1,905 metric tons, achieving near-zero wastewater discharge. In waste management, especially VOC treatment, its technology leads the industry with a removal efficiency over 99%.
